Questions, answered.

Is there a minimum commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your member dashboard. Annual billing is offered at a 15% discount but isn't required.
What if I outgrow my plan mid-month?
Upgrade any time and we prorate the difference. Most Growth founders move to Scale around their fundraising cycle — that transition is seamless.
Do you accept founders outside Nigeria?
Yes — we serve founders across Africa and the diaspora. Some location-specific services (verified workspaces, certain legal partners) are limited to cities where we have on-the-ground presence, but the core platform is fully remote-friendly.
Is the Scale plan right for pre-revenue startups?
Usually no. Scale is built for founders actively raising or scaling — typically post-MVP, with traction or a clear go-to-market. If you're pre-revenue, Growth gets you most of what you need at a third of the price.
Can my co-founder also access the membership?
Yes. Each plan covers the company, not the individual. All co-founders and up to 3 team members per plan can access the platform, attend sessions, and use member services.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments (Naira and USD) via Paystack and Stripe, plus direct bank transfers for annual plans. Invoices issued for all subscriptions if your accounting requires it.
